“Clean from the farm to the table” is the facility’s slogan, therefore the whole production process is following this slogan.
At present, we have 20 Ha of fish farm meeting the annual raw material demand. Fish farms are well organized for controlling the product quality from received raw material to finished products.
Salted fish is not salty (medium taste), without additives, producing according to the traditional method (best quality alive fish are caught, scaled, gutted, washed and drained. Then fish are salted and dried). The hypertensioned people and children can eat this dried fish.
Raw material is alive fish from the fish farms. Snakehead fish are scaled by machine therefore, it is very clean. Gourami is scaled by hands. Fishes are dried in net in the sun, therefore our dried fish is of very good taste and delicious.
Among the total production, 85% is produced for orders and just 15% for the display in displaying stores. The benefit of the ordered product is of very good taste and delicious. Buyers order our dried fish 5-7 days in advance, our production facility will produced as per their demand.
The products are inspected, tested and granted such certificates as Certificate of food safety, Certificate of conformity, Business license and Tax code registration certificate.
The big difference in our products is our raw material is alive fish (Top quality). Fish is little salted (with the purpose the hypertension people and children can have it). Product is of no preservatives, when prepared: grilled, steamed in rice cookers, fried or cooked Thai soup, dried fish still remains its natural taste. Before leaving our facility, it is vacuum, labeled and packed in attractive packaging.
